Rules for the Use of Workshop Services
All services, maintenance, glass- and other repairs must only be carried out at workshops that RG Mobility has an agreement with.
All deviations from the guidelines must be pre-approved by your account manager at RG Mobility.
Service and maintenance
All service and maintenance must always be carried out at a workshop that RG Mobility has an agreement with.
Site-specific workshop agreements must be used where available, and must always be agreed in advance with Rental Group Mobility.
Nationwide agreements with Snap Drive or Mekonomen Fleet can alternatively be used.
Tires and tire hotels
BestDrive (formerly Dekkmann) must be used as a tire hotel. Site-specific agreements beyond this must be agreed in consultation with the customer contact in Rental Group Mobility.
Windshield repairs
Stone chip or crack damage on the windsield must be repaired as quickly as possible at Hurtigruta Carglass, or Riis Bilglass.
Damage repair at other workshops that carry out insurance claims must be agreed with RG Mobility before the damage is repaired.
Roadside assistance and car recovery
Do you need roadside assistance or car towing?
Order quickly and easily on the REDGO web portal or call around the clock on +47 915 03 100.
Alternatively, Viking Rescue Service can be used where this is most appropriate. Book quickly and easily in the online portal, or call around the clock on +47 800 31 250.
Insurance
Insurance company: Gjensidige.
In the event of damage, do the following:
– Log in to Gjensidige.no (norwegian only) with BankID, and report the damage digitally.
– Select «Melde skade som ansatt».
– Fill out the form and attach a completed injury report. Scan/take a photo of the completed injury report and upload the document when you report the claim.
If you do not have BankID so that you can report damage digitally, call +47 915 03 100 to register a damage.
If the other party does not want to write an injury report, they have a duty to provide personal information and registration number.
In the event of theft of a car/trailer or movable property from the car, the matter must be reported to the police as soon as possible. The damage must also be reported to Gjensidige online or by phone +47 915 03 100. Also notify your customer contact at Rental Group Mobility.

Do you suspect warranty?
Contact the brand in question directly and state reg.nr and that the car is owned by RG Mobility.

Payable services beyond warranty, such as maintenance and other repairs, must be carried out at RG Mobility’s contract workshop.
All workshop costs and invoices without the above approval will be rejected by RG Mobility.
